1. Contracted Farm Sourcing — Highland Origin
Direct procurement from contracted highland growers in Gilgit-Baltistan, KPK, and Azad Kashmir. No synthetic pesticides or sulphur-based treatments used at farm level. Pre-harvest inspection by our quality team. Farm origin documented per batch for full traceability.
2. Natural Drying — Sun & Shade, No Chemicals
All fruits are dried using traditional sun and shade drying — no sulphur dioxide, no artificial preservatives, no chemical heat treatment. This preserves natural colour (true dark-brown apricots, not orange), genuine flavour, and nutritional integrity. This single step is the most critical differentiator for health food and organic retail buyers.
3. Cleaning, Grading & Sorting
Cleaned to remove foreign matter, broken pieces, and off-grade product. Graded by size, colour, and moisture content. Nuts sampled for aflatoxin at this stage. Output: export-grade product meeting EU, US, and GCC import specifications on purity and foreign matter.
4. Pre-Shipment Lab Testing
Every batch sampled and tested before packing: SO₂ residues, aflatoxins B1+Total, multi-residue pesticide panel, heavy metals, microbial safety (Salmonella, E.coli, TPC), moisture, and foreign matter. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is issued per batch. No shipment leaves without clean results.
5. Packaging — Bulk, Retail or Private Label
Packed to buyer specification. Moisture-barrier inner lining heat-sealed. Batch number, harvest region, net weight, and HS code on every unit. Labels in English or any language. Private-label retail formats available for all products.Options: PP woven bags (5–50kg) · Kraft paper bags · Vacuum pouches · Retail cartons · Supersacks (bulk nuts) · Custom private-label (100g–5kg)
