Quality Standards & Specifications

Every lot is mechanically cleaned through gravity separators and optical Sortex colour graders to remove damaged kernels, shell fragments, foreign matter, and off-type material before packing is approved. Moisture content is maintained at or below 8% across both hull-on and hulled grades to prevent mould formation, rancidity of natural oils, and quality degradation during ocean freight and long-term storage. Each batch is independently tested for moisture, purity, aflatoxin levels, microbial safety, heavy metals, and pesticide residues — with a full Certificate of Analysis issued with every shipment. Germination rate certification is available for buyers sourcing for organic farming and planting applications.

Packing & Export Options

Supplied in 25 kg and 50 kg food-grade PP woven bags or multi-wall kraft sacks for bulk wholesale orders, and vacuum-sealed pouches for oil-sensitive hulled kernel grades requiring freshness protection.
