Around 5–8 cm preferred by buyers who value pungency and flavour intensity. For buyers who need longer pods, Sindh-origin Kunri/Umerkot Longi and Dundicut red chilli, typically 8–12 cm. Harmain Global supplies whole dried Punjab-origin red chilli in Grade A premium high-pungency lots, vivid red, cleaned, 5–8 cm pods, vacuum-packed or in 25 kg PP bags; Grade B standard for crushing and powder processing; and organic/pesticide-free lots grown under controlled or IPM farm systems with chain-of-custody documents where required. Custom moisture level, ASTA colour value, pack size, pungency profile, certified organic supply chain, and buyer specifications are available, with commercial lots shipped with a Certificate of Analysis. Each lot can be lab-tested for aflatoxins, B1 ≤5 µg/kg and total ≤10 µg/kg, ochratoxin A ≤15 µg/kg, EU MRL pesticide residues, heavy metals, moisture, and ASTA colour value.
