1. Farm Sourcing & Contracted Cultivation
We work with contracted farms in Punjab and Sindh, Pakistan — where Nigella sativa grows in the alluvial soil with no industrial contamination nearby. No synthetic pesticides are used. Fields are inspected pre-harvest by our agronomist. Seeds are harvested at peak maturity when thymoquinone levels are highest.
2. Cleaning, Drying & Primary Grading
Raw seeds pass through multi-stage cleaning — destoning, winnowing, gravity separation — removing all foreign matter to below 1%. Sun-drying followed by controlled mechanical drying brings moisture to export-safe levels (≤8%). Hand-sorting removes any off-colour or broken seeds.
3. Processing: Powder, Oil & Gummies Whole seeds are milled to customer mesh specification for black seed powder. Oil is extracted via cold-press only — no solvent, no heat — preserving thymoquinone integrity. Gummies are manufactured in our GMP-compliant facility under halal and food-safety protocols.
4. Third-Party Lab Testing
Each batch is sampled and sent to SGS Pakistan before packaging. Tests cover: thymoquinone (HPLC), pesticide residues (multi-residue panel), aflatoxins, heavy metals (Pb, As, Cd, Hg), microbial safety (TPC, E.coli, Salmonella), and moisture. Zero shipments leave without passing all parameters.
5. Packaging & Labelling
