Born in Pakistan. Built for the World.
In 1985, Pakistan’s Sindh province was already home to some of the subcontinent’s most productive agricultural land — and to international buyers who international buyers needed a more consistent and documentation-focused supply partner. Harmain Global was founded to fill that gap.
We started with herbs and botanicals — the wild-harvested, potency-rich botanicals that grow in Pakistan’s mountains and plains known for distinctive natural characteristics, origin-specific quality, and buyer-specific specifications. From Ephedra in the highlands of Balochistan to Licorice root along the Indus valley, we built a sourcing network designed to improve traceability, quality control, and supply consistency.
Over four decades, that network expanded. We added Basmati rice from Punjab’s premium paddies, sesame from Sindh’s fertile fields, certified organic seeds, natural spices, and wellness product lines under our own brands. Today, Harmain Global ships to pharmaceutical manufacturers in South Korea and Germany, food processors in Malaysia and the UAE, wellness retailers across North America, and distributors in over 28 countries worldwide.

Every Shipment Backed by the Right Documentation
Importing from a new supplier is a compliance risk. We reduce that risk with clear documentation, product specifications, and export support. Harmain Global is a registered exporter with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, a member of recognised trade bodies, and maintains relevant registrations, memberships, and product documentation where required.
Export documentation may include Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Halal Certificate, lab analysis report, commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS where applicable, and insurance documents for CIF shipments.
We are familiar with USFDA botanical import regulations, EU Novel Food rules, GCC Halal requirements, Korean import standards, Australian DAFF / biosecurity requirements, and Malaysian JAKIM requirements. Your market’s requirements are not our learning curve — they are already part of our process.

Our Korea Ephedra programme demonstrates what this looks like in practice. We supply 70% of South Korea’s Ephedra import market. That did not happen through a single sale. It happened through a decade of consistent quality, reliable documentation, and honest communication with Korean pharmaceutical buyers.
